DESCRIPTION
Acetylfentanyl is a short-acting synthetic opioid analgesic active at low doses, although 50-100 times less potent than fentanyl, with dosages between 5mg and 20mg. It has been sold as fentanyl. Although first synthesized in 1968, it has been increasingly available in the 2010s and has been associated with deaths.
